Painting small.parts on a piece of window screen keeps the from blowing around. It works on motorcycle parts anyways so I'm sure it'll work for you too. I.paint small motorcycle parts on a piece of window screen layed on top of the open end of a 55 gallon drum that serves as a garbage can and it works GREAT. I'm sure you could scale it down for your purposes. The screen allows the air from the brush to hold the.part down instead of gettin under it and moving it around
