There will be a drop in the rate, it will be followed by an additional drop. We are entering a very predictable cycle. The rate will drop sharply through 2025. Then guess what, it will rise in response to inflation and it will rise higher than it is today. Expect inflation to be trending UP for the next 20-30 years. So.... TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS DROP! last best chance. at least for this generation and probably the next.
