Exclusive Technologies
The V1200 is equipped with exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® Select technologies. AS3X works behind the scenes to smooth out the effects of wind and turbulence to deliver a locked-in feel that makes it seem like you're flying a much larger airplane. Optional-use SAFE Select offers pitch and bank angle limits along with automatic self-leveling that can be turned on and off at the flip of a switch! And if you don't want to enable the SAFE Select features, simply bind the receiver normally and only AS3X will be active.

The exclusive Spektrum™ Avian™ Smart ESC provides a variety of real-time power system related telemetry data including motor RPM, current, battery voltage and more via compatible receivers (including the AR637TA) and Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters (including the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, the DX9, iX12, iX20 and others) while you fly.

I love mine. It sure does cook on a 6s and gets my heart pumping, but it needs a more robust landing gear badly and the manual needs to be updated to inform pilots who want to get this plane, of the flap to elevator mixing it needs. Please Horizon, beef up the retracts.

Beautiful lines, looks like a really fun fast plan. As fast as this goes, there are still gliders faster, which kind of blows me away, but this plane looks like a classic pylon racer and ai bet it might be great for pattern contests as well.

I like that it will fly on 4s as well as 6s. I understand why....but it's still kind of weird that when it comes to RC Aircraft....a few prop driven planes are usually always faster than EDF "jets"!! Very nice bird Horizon 👍. AirHammer out!!

HELP - Just got the v1200 - can not get the switch set up to control the SAFE on/off.
If I bind with SAFE it stays in SAFE. If I bind without SAFE it binds okay, with no SAFE available of course.

I set the AUX1 CHANNEL to F - my desired switch
and when I did the sticks down and in then cycle switch F 5 times I got a twitch from the plane and thought
the switch had been accepted and available but it is not working - it just stays in SAFE.

Do they blow up in flight as often as the V900 model? the V1200 needs to be a heck of a lot stronger than the V900 ever was.
