What are plasterboard ceilings?

Pladur ceilings are linings under the slabs or horizontal elements made up of metal profiles. They are intended to hide installations and decorate enclosures. They provide fire resistance, improve acoustic and thermal insulation.
There are semi-direct, suspended and without hanging.

Semi-direct ceilings are formed by a structure of galvanized steel sheet profiles based on masters, anchored directly to the slab, to whose external side one or more Pladur plates are screwed.

Suspended ceilings can be formed by a structure of galvanized steel sheet profiles properly suspended from the floor by different types of hangers, and supported on profiles mechanically fixed around the entire perimeter.
They can also be formed by a double structure, primary and secondary, positioned at the same or different levels.
When it is at the same level, the primary structure is suspended from the floor by means of hangers and the secondary is attached to the primary with crossing accessories, both supported by profiles fixed around the entire perimeter.
When it is at a different level, the primary structure is also suspended from the floor by means of hangers and the secondary structure is properly suspended from the primary by means of clamps and supported on the perimeter of the perimeter profile.

The ceilings without hangers are made up of a single structure of studs properly supported on the lateral support walls, by means of channels and fixed around the entire perimeter.

Привет друг, не крепи к направляющему профилю пн 28×27 листы шурупам. В остальном отличная работа. Еще я использовал быстрозажимные струбцины для временной фиксации листов к каркасу, а теперь купил подьемник для листов гипсокартона, с ним проще. Есть в сети видео о том как сделать такой подьемник самостоятельно, потрать время и облегчи свой труд, не пожалеешь

Here in the philippines they rivet the frame into the cement (wall or ceiling) I know it is substandard procedure but as a worker I don't have a choice if that is the only materials the owner and my boss provide to me and also instructed to do. LOL but yea those dumb thing i will never do in abroad

El legal eso de taladrar viguetas, según tengo entendido las viguetas se apoyan sobre las vigas y son un elemento que trabaja soportando esfuerzos sobretodo por la parte inferior que trabaja a tracción, y es donde más acero llevará, si en un taladro agujereas una varilla de acero estás restando vida a la vigueta y comprometiendo la resistencia de esta, pudiendo hacer que se desplome el piso de arriba, probablemente a corto plazo no ocurra nada, pero con el paso del tiempo si queda algún acero taladrado sin su recubrimiento de hormigón se pueden dar problemas de aluminosis y a saber que más. La única respuesta que explique que lo que haces en el vídeo sea legal, es que el ingeniero haya diseñado las viguetas y no sean pretensadas, y que haya pensado dejar un recubrimiento de hormigón por la parte inferior superior al recubrimiento mínimo calculado para poder taladrar sin llegar al acero.

Muy buen video!! Soy de Perú y no tenemos tantos accesorios de fijación como los que veo... tenemos perfil parante 89, 64 y 38; perfil riel 90, 65 y 39 (ambos perfiles en 0, 45mm y 0, 90mm); perfil Omega, esquineros de metal y PVC, cinta papel, cinta malla, plancha yeso 5/8" 1/2", 3/8, 7mm. si me falta mencionar uno, pues me retractan pero sí que falta importar (por lo menos) más accesorios para no hacer tantas maravillas con lo que tenemos. Exelent job but I have watched how the Knauf instructor is explaining that is not good practise to use UD-profile to fastend the screws and attached the board, instead, it should be one more CD-profile 15cm from the wall and screws trough him.
