BJP announced the names of 29 candidates for the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections on Tuesday, bringing the total number of seats for which it has declared nominees to 45.
Devender Singh Rana has been fielded by the party from Nagrota, while Satish Sharma has been named as its candidate from Billawar, a seat previously held by former deputy chief minister Nirmal Singh in the 2014 assembly polls.
