“The first production will consist of 4 engine variants, with independent, ultra-quick torque response control from each wheel,” Musk wrote in a tweet. Due to its four engines, Musk claims that the Cybertruck can spin like a tank. This is accomplished by spinning one side of the vehicle's wheels faster or in the opposite direction than the other. Rivian also calls this an advantage of their acquisition.
