Okay, so the only instance I can find of a "Slapped to death" message is from a plugin. So I'm guessing the zombie piglin damaged them, then they received a slap, so the game interpreted it as the zombie piglin dealing the damage that killed them, similar to something like being knocked into lava by a mob.

Everything wrong in the first clip:
- Dirt house, and dirt door.
- House being made out of furnaces and crafting tables, but on the furnace side there's also two furnaces popping out of the floor.
- Bottoms of furnaces and crafting tables show their front texture.
- Chest in the ceiling.
- The backwards furnaces, all front-sided furnace, and all top-side crafting table in the chest.
- Crafting table door.
- Diamond ore replacing stone and stone replacing diamond ore.
- Somehow mining into the Nether from the overworld.
- Lava being a solid block.
- Some of the netherrack replacing lava, but the rest being normal.
