Lots of interesting tips in there, I particularly like the use of nails to 'rivet' the two boards together! Peining the underside would never have occurred to me. Well done John. Its been a while since I watched your channel. I replaced my Wickes for a hegner scroll saw about a year ago. Sadly other projects came along and Ive only used it a couple of times, so your latest video has wetted my appetite again, its finding the time to use it.. Well done and thank you John. Cheers John

Hi Scrimper. You are right about the original solid coloured patterns being a tad hard to follow, a line is much easier.
I remember when I applied the pattern to the wood I used wallpaper paste. If you weren't careful the pattern would get soaked and stretch. I found if I put it in front of our coal fire it dried quickly without wrinkles, if you were lucky!

Thanks John I use 3M spray adhesive for my pattern's and double sided tape to stick wood together both types comes off easily
