Water Park Fun At The Great Wolf Lodge In Traverse City, Michigan! Year-Round Family Vacation Spot!
We found the perfect year-round spot for a family vacation....the Great Wolf Lodge at Traverse City, Michigan! To be honest, any Great Wolf Lodge located anywhere is a great place to go for a family vacation...they're awesome! This Great Wolf Lodge is the third one ever built, and it's a good one. There are a ton of things to do here, and your kids or grandkids will be never be bored. There are characters, planned activities, MagiQuest, bowling, Build-A-Bear, a big arcade, and...an incredible Indoor Water Park! Known as "Wiley's Water Park", it has fun water activites for the whole family. There are big water slides, little water slides, and in-between water slides. Family warming pools and an adults-only hot tub. The huge Fort Mackensie Water Fort Tree House will keep the kids running up and door this great water play area, and every five minutes, the bell sounds and the huge 1000 gallon water bucket on top of it all dumps out with a gigantic splash! Weather permitting, there's also a great outdoor pool area you can enjoy, with a splash pad, water basketball hoops, and a sand volleyball court. We had an awesome time there, and our grandson can't wait to go back!
