My Strategy To WIN With Credit Cards In 2022

In this video, I go over my strategy to win with credit cards in 2022! I am currently sitting on a few hundred thousand credit card points from both Chase credit cards and American Express credit cards, so here I talk about how to think about credit card points, devaluation, and things like that. I also go over the credit cards in my wallet that I plan to use the most throughout 2022, especially in Q1 and Q2. After that, I also discussed some of the things that I am considering when I will look for new credit cards to apply for later in 2022.

If you are looking for how to travel for free with credit cards, some of the cards in this video are perfect for that! Chase and Amex have the best travel credit cards in my opinion because they are flexible and less vulnerable to point devaluations and more specific airline and hotel credit cards.

Hopefully what I talk about with my strategy in this video with credit cards and points will be helpful to anyone else that is looking to take advantage of credit cards in 2022!

Great video as always! Good point about devaluation, never even thought about that. Ill have 130, 000 UR points in a couple months after hitting the sign up bonus for my Sapphire Preferred and was thinking whether I should take a trip later this year or just save them for a bigger trip later. Might end up redeeming some this year after all.

I plan to get the big four hotel cards. I just got the chase IHG premier card and I'm currently 4/24. Next will be the Chase World of Hyatt, after that the two heavy-hitter Amex hotel cards!

Henley!! Hey maybe there will be an offer with Amex for LL bean and you can get extra points on the Henley’s! Lol, I got approved for the freedom flex yesterday and already have the CSP. Hoping to get the freedom unlimited like you in 2022 but maybe closer to summertime. Since I just got the flex could I get the additional points at grocery stores once it comes? I’m at 233, 700 that includes airline miles, hotel points, and credit cards. I’m planning on using my Amex Platinum, Bofa Travel, and Delta Gold for spend. I plan on getting 4 new no annual fee credit cards in 2023, Hilton credit card, Choice Hotels, American Airlines, and Princess Cruises. As long as I get those 4 cards I would be getting an additional 200, 500 points. I’m also flying quiet a bit this year and have a few hotel stays so I should be getting more points that way and by getting more points from Marriott dining. Hopefully by the end of 2023 I’ll be at 500, 000 points easy.
