SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 3 Trailer Breakdown | Easter Eggs, Things You Missed And Hidden Details. In this video, we take a look at the new Sonic The Hedgehog 3 trailer. We will be going through it all shot by shot, to try and work out what we think will be happening in the movie. We discuss all the comic book and video game backstory, leading up the introduction of Shadow and the appearance of Gerald Robotnik. Lots of little details and references in there, so lets curl up into a ball and spin right into it!

The trailer starts off with some shots of Sonic running and tumbling around in traditional Sonic fashion before we hear Sonic say “Try to keep up!”...a phrase Sonic says from time to time in the video games that featured as the slogan of 2006 video game Sonic Riders.

Shortly after, we get footage of the skyscraper at 20 Fenchurch Street…famously known as The Walkie Talkie for how much the damn building looks like a Walkie Talkie. That thang shaped like that damn remote Adam Sandler used in Click. In the background, we can, of course, see the famous London Bridge…most commonly known as the bridge where Spider-Man brutally murdered the greatest Avenger of all time in cold blood like that menace that he is.

After this, we get a shot of Knuckles bouncing off of London’s very own Big Ben…before our favorite grape-loving echidna flies through the air with the fiery fists that Knuckles has been known to use in the video games. One fun detail that I noticed is that the clock on Big Ben is at 3PM…which could be Sonic 3 director Jeff Fowler’s way of giving a slight nod to another team of mutant animals…the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4: Turtles in Time”, the first stage of the game is called “Big Apple: 3AM””...but instead here we have Ben BEN 3PM.

14:15 When they say Shadow can use chaos control with the powers of an emerald. They mean Shadow and emeralds are one of the same in powers. As in Shadow can teleport as if he had an emerald. It's confusing, but only Shadow and the Biolizard can use chaos control without emeralds.

That's not the London Bridge. That's Tower Bridge. Everyone always mistakes it as London Bridge. I think they should swap the names of the bridges. Look up pictures of London Bridge. It's so plain and ordinary compared to Towers Bridge. You would think that the most beautiful bridge would carry the capital's name. Not plain one.
