To me, it's her resilience. I admire her as a person because of how much she has to put on with haters, she's done a marvelous work working on her insecurities. I did like Taylor before but not at the point of admiring or loving her. Watch Miss Americana if you want to understand a bit more of what happened before 2016 and how that affected her.

On the other hand, as an artist, she has also put a lot of effort on having a good relationship with her fanbase, and constantly makes easter eggs, has things like this chant that are meant to make everyone feel involved and taken jnto account. Makes sure her concerts are safe and constantly takes feedback to improve. Plus, her songs are not just about boyfriends if you listen to many of her songs, they are about the human experiences over all. And she's versatile as an artist. Went from country to pop. And he even knows how to rap! 😮
