What happened to Hermione's parents after the war?

Immediately after the conclusion of the war, Hermione tracked her parents and returned their memories. it's unknown how long exactly she waited before she did so but i think she waited quite some time for everything to be in the right place. They along with Hermione then later returned to England and surely Mr. and Mrs. Granger did meet their grandchildren and engaged in their lives.

I agree with others. This is a classic “it was a dream the whole time!” But with spells. Playing on your audiences emotions just to backtrack the supposed sacrifice and character arc. The books and movies made this such an enormous sacrifice that Hermione made. Not once did it seem like it was easily reversible or not a big deal. JK simply stated after the book that it was reversible.

Lily was a muggleborn= hermione
James was kind of the guy to make troubles = ron
Lily was intelligent smart and the top student = hermione

This is one of those dubious things that JK mentions in passing, without really thinking about it.
At the time, it was certainly intended for it to be permanent.

II am kind of repeatedly disappointed by how little consequences they're often are, Now the consequences never really carry over to the next book. Except for in very plot driven ways. For example I personally would have a lot of difficulty coming to terms with the fact that a large chunk of my life is either missing or was a lie created by my daughter yes I can understand that she did it to protect me but at the same time she didn't trust me to tell me what was going on nor to tell me that she was doing this.

What that's whole personalized example is supposed to potray is that The parents would not have Been unaffected by having their memory modified, And they may personally be affected by the fact that their daughter did that to them
