This tutorial also works for IRIX 6.5.22 on an Indy, R4600, with SCSI2SD. Again, I just changed sash64 and fx.64 to sashARCS and fx.ARCS. Everything else I left the same as the video. Anybody having trouble with SCSI2SD: you must do a full format (this is in Windows 10) of the SD card (not Quick) for it to work.

how would you install say onc3/nfs on an o2 with a cd drive that isnt working

I've tried this about 6 times. Every time after the system restart after the finished install, it hangs at "IRIS's Internet address is the default. Using standalone network mode." Pressing the ` key to open the prompt, it shows the same thing with no addition information. Typing in any command does nothing, and I have let the machine sit for over two hours. Do you have any idea how to resolve this problem? I am trying to install it on an O2.

Edit: Ok I'm dumb, removing the ethernet cable from the machine got around this. Is there a way to fix it so the ethernet cable won't have to be removed every time the machine is booted?

Hi wonder if you could help me please -

I am having a heck of a time doing a clean install on my TEZRO

Wondering if I could get you to clone your hard drive on your Tezro and sell it to me - I live in California

My issue is that after I repartition and format the HD - I then type (exi) the machine reboots in to the prom

Then I hit install system software- it copy’s the files but the machine won’t complete the next reboot

I have a hard drive that is working but its only 18gb - I have to install the OS on this 73 gb drive

Hi, first of all you sir are too kind for making this video! I just followed your tutorial but after the load of fx your version says SGI Version 6.5 ARCS BE64 Jul 20, 2006 and mine is the same but it says Jan 22, 1999, what does it mean?
