HOW TO MAKE TRES LECHES CHOCOLATE CAKE FROM SCRATCH | CLAUDIA REGALADO

Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the best tres leches cake, super easy, delicious and perfect each time you bake it!!!! ‼️Im new to using a stand mixer, can you tell 🙈 I’m always learning too, this is the first time I’m using it and I used the wrong attachment and I realized when all the dry ingredients were getting stuck to the center! Then the hubby went and did his own research 😭 but overall it didn’t changed the way my chocolate cake came out, as always delicious! I normally make all my cakes using hand whisk so I’m new to this so please don’t come after me 😅‼️

Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups boiling hot water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla blend
3 cups 1/2 and 1/2
3 cups evaporated milk
1 1/2 Can of condensed milk
4 tbsp cocoa

Whipping cream:
2 cups heavy whipping
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla blend
Your favorite fruit for topping
1 serving of love 💕
