so this is an example that 1 goal and 1 assist can not be valued the same and thus can never be counted together as G+A. in this case it was just a normal pass and Ronaldo did something special. if the pass was to anyone else, it would not have been an assist. so this is evidence of assists doesnt equal playmaking.
