The AAP leader said Ms Maliwal was part of the BJP's "conspiracy" against the Delhi Chief Minister. " This is BJP's formula: File cases against opposition leaders, threaten them, blackmail them, and then scare them into joining them. In her complaint, Swati Maliwal wrote that she was attacked so badly that she couldn't walk, but the video shows her walking comfortably," she said
