Actually thats incorrect, the crow will land on the eagle’s back and attack it, the eagle then will then soar higher and it does that so the crow runs out of oxygen at higher altitude.

RAVEN is not a MATCH
The only Bird that dares to peck an Eagle is the Raven. It sits on the Eagle's back and bites its neck. However, the Eagle doesn't respond or fight with the Raven. It does not spend time or energy with the Raven. It just opens its wings and begins to fly higher in the sky. The higher the flight, the harder it is for the Raven to breathe and the Raven eventually falls due to lack of oxygen. Not all battles you need to respond to. Not all arguments or critics you need to respond to or answer back. Just lift up a standard, they'll fall off! Stop wasting time with the 'Ravens'. Just take them to your height and they'll fade away. May God take us to a height where it'll be difficult for the enemies to peck on us. Amen.

Sometimes crows fight each other on streets, They have high maneuver capabilities, I witnessed a crow dove through asphalt and other crow followed it, The crow maneuvered just before hit the ground, other crow had same reflex, I think that is reason of challenging harassment of a crow against an eagle. I captured a video today when a crow sortied to an eagle, However Eagle didn't react, it just kept flying . Eagle probably save it's energy for hunting that should be other reason.

Crows do that all the time. The eagle don't waste it's energy, it soar higher and the crow give up due to less oxygen.

Even it may graphics....A crow (poor people) can't fly high but, can try to attach with high fly Eagle (rich people) thus both can reach same RICH destination...Try to Use opportunity
