Those wipes are meant for cleaning medical equipment, and their small so it's easily transportable light weight and really you don't need something that large to clean a scalpel or something like that, we used it to clean our scalpel after dissecting an eyeball in my medical class

I've seen those tiny wipes before. They're for cleaning small cuts.

Fun fact: those little wipes are used (mostly) for people with medical conditions. For example, I’m type one diabetic and I use those all the time to clean an area of skin (usually my stomach or arms) before using a needle to give myself insulin. Or I use them to clean my finger before manually testing my blood sugar. (Basically you have a little meter that needs a droplet of blood to measure the levels, and you use a lancet to prick the tip of your finger.)
