Repair almost anything with this easy baking soda- super glue trick!! For this repair, Exoman used super glue, baking soda a flat file, a sharpie pen and a fine grit sanding sponge.

He filled in the badly damaged area on the handle of the trimmer and filed it down until the damage was barely noticeable.

This is a great how-to repair broken or damaged plastic video by using super glue like Bondo.

Well, that’s a new skill I hadn’t heard about.
I use a commercial product called PlastAid, a 2-part liquid and powder which sets like steel in a few minutes. But this is even better for an instant fix!

I understand; but next I would try pre mixing the pigment and glue and drop onto baking soda ; or premix bs+pigment, then onto the glue?? Anyway, thx gave me idea for fixing black trim on my old car! Thx!

ever tried acrylic finger nail filler with the pigment powder...then you can lay it in like mortar

You should have mixed the Tempera with the Baking Soda then sprinkled over the Super Glue.

Put the baking soda in squirt bottle. It should be easier to apply.
