I've met this in a match before, it's a legit chaos, dps struggle to get the flyers, me and my friend (both are supports) have to turn into flyers (juno and mercy) to able to move freely without getting dived, our tank struggling to survive because everybody is flying.

Legit a scary comp to fight against unless you got a good aim, enemy priorities and positioning

OK SO ABOUT THE AMMO:
You can interrupt a burst of primary fire with activating torpedoes. If you do this, the ammo count ends up on a weird number and if you don't reload you'll end the clip with a burst of only a couple shots left, decreasing your dps/hps thanks to the extra downtime between shots. Just like in this video
