Man hospitalized after officer-involved shooting in Roy

ROY, Utah (KUTV) — A man has been hospitalized following an officer-involved shooting.

While it is unknown what led up to the incident, officers with the Roy Police Department arrived at the scene at approximately 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Officers reportedly shot the suspect and he was taken to the hospital. His condition is unknown.

No officers were injured, although those involved will be placed on administrative leave pending investigation.
