Almost every test you mentioned was an England win over Australia. Biased much. Headingly 2019 England scored 62 in the first innings and the bloke who tried to rob Australia in Melbourne the other day Joel Wilson, as usual, said not out to Stokes plumb in front halfway up.
I was at the game day 2 and 3 you have no idea how good it was, certainly a better game than almost all of the tests you mentioned.
Maybe you feel irrelevant as the Ashes is now second to the Border Gavaskar Trophy for rivalry. The Boxing Day test next year will be lucky to break 200k with England not the publics imagination in Australia.

Anyway best test I have seen was the Centenary test at the MCG in 1977. Magnificent occasion and fantastically played in a great spirit. England scored 417 in the fourth innings on a pitch in those days that really didn't last 5 days. the result while favouring Australia was somewhat fitting being the exact same margin as 100 years early, Australia by 45 runs.

Trent Copeland is a former Test player to be fair to him. It was a good Test but no, not one of the all time greats. Aussies on a high saying this abt the recent Boxing Day Test.
