So with the genshin live stream showcasing the silhouettes of the upcoming characters to release in Natlan, we actually got some more information as to which of these are in the next patch. So beginning with the first character in 5.4, this is expected to be Iansan, and she is expected to be a four star electro user. Not much else is entirely known about her, but it was mentioned a while ago how she may be a polearm user so we can be on the lookout for that.

Moving on to the other new character expected to be in 5.4, this is none other than Mizuki who people think is this silhouette I will display on screen. So with her, she is supposedly going to be an Inazuman character, and this information comes from Full Stop Chan a while ago who claimed we are getting this character in 5.4. Now the name that was mentioned by them is “Kimitsuki”, but they also mentioned how it can just be a translation error such as how Kazuha was supposedly translated to something else before. As per what we know about Mizuki, she is expected to be a five star anemo user, and her weapon type or anything else about her is not known yet. This information comes from a combination of Fireflyleaks, Full Stop Chan, HXG, Blednaya, and MapLeaf who are all pretty reliable, making me believe this to be likely. Along with this though, this character is supposedly expected to be released into the standard banner after this, making me question how this would happen. This is because players need to be a certain AR and do the quest in order to get to Inazuma, so they would not be able to farm for this character if they get her in the standard banner and do not have Inazuma unlocked yet. They could introduce something where she will only be in the standard banners of those who already have Inazuma unlocked, but we will have to wait and see.

Now moving on to some other updates to the genshin 5.4 banners, these lean more towards the speculative side considering we do not know a whole lot about the patch right now, but we can infer some reruns. Beginning with the archon, there are a lot of people claiming that Furina is going to get her rerun in this version, and it makes sense considering the .5 patches are usually Mondstat patches. As a result, it does make sense to rerun Venti then, and to make Furina rerun now, along with another character who desperately needs a rerun who is Wriothesley. Now we all know how he has not rerun since the stone age so he should hopefully see his first rerun in either this patch or 5.5. Lastly, there are some rumors that Kokomi could also be getting a rerun, although this is more of a baseless claim, so we have to just wait a bit to get some more info on who can rerun.

If there even a single chunk of shame left in hoyo . Wrio's rerun is looking possible in 5.4.. Otherwise he's coming with Skirk in 5.7

Tignari is on the standard and you have to get to sumeru to level him up so that doesn’t really matter, any player can reach lvl 45 in relatively short time.

I find it really odd people are saying Iansan will be a 4 star where did that come from?

You don't really need to be able to level up a character super high before getting to Inazuma, so I don't think that's much of an issue.

If Kokomi, Wriothesley and Furina really rerun in 5.4 I might need to skip 5.3 completely or start spending big in 5.4, cause my luck in Genshin with pity is horrible

An Inazuman 5 star standard would really suck like imagine pulling your first 5 star and want to use them right away to find out you need to complete multiple archon quests just to get to the Nation to level them up. Tighnari and Dehya are bad but at least you can go to Sumeru without completing any quests it will just take a while. Bad design, Should limit standard 5 stars to Mondstadt and Liyue only.

why would they put the girl from inazuma only for players that unlocked it..? we have tighnari and dehya there from sumeru and for dehya u need to do tons of quests

If you want Mizuki, why use primogems on her when you can get her for free next anniversary? :D

I have 200 pulls right now can I risk getting mavuika and her weapon and then save until furina (I’m on 40 pity on both banners and 50/50 on character banner)

You underestimate how much Mihoyo hates us. I 100% think Mizuki will be added to the standard banner with no consideration for how easily players can build her.

Great coverage and I know it’s random but I appreciate the male AI voice, so many sound like a tween. I personally have not enjoyed the Natlan cast whatsoever yet the potential new ones (besides Iansan, I sure hope she’s a 4* because her design genuinely doesn’t look great or like a 5*) and even then, not sure if they’d be able forth pulling. More interested in leveling up Furina and maybe risking some of the newer characters that are not from Natlan. Anyways, very interesting to see if these banners play out!

I got Kuki Shinobu early on my account and it was literally ass to build her. Now my account is 58 and I still didn't build her 😂 I should but I use Raiden instead (I dont Main DPS with her she is just there reactions). Getting Inazuman characters early is not that big of a deal imo.
