Obviously results vary. & after eating or drinking ANYTHING, my belly expands. I went from having a natural 31” waist in summer 2024, to a 29.5” waist currently (Jan 2025); I also lost 17 lbs thru diet & exercise. I have a blog post on how I did that, 🔗

& after wearing my night time cs-201 24” corset for 8 hours last night, my waist shrunk .5” - it will (& did) expand back to its natural 29.5” size, but hopefully with more waist training it stays @ 29”

My current waist goal is to get back to my natural 28” waist, which last time I had that I was 120lbs and i was NOT waist training! SO OBVIOUSLY THIS CORSET IS WORKING BC IM CURRENTLY 150 lbs. ok bye 😘

Very good. My waist it s 31 inches reduces 3 inches. 2 years. Happy year and Nice waist.
