Last month I ran 450 miles through England and Wales along the coastline and used the Asic Trabuco Max 2. Combination of trails, roads and even beaches. It was absolutely fantastic. I am a Novablast 3 fan, so tried this out and BOOM, it nailed it.

I have the TM2 and oh my god what an absolutely brilliant trail shoe! comfortable, yes you're probably not gonna smash any records in them but if you need something that will just eat up those miles then look no further 👌🏻

I've put over 360 miles in 2 pairs TBM2. Absolutely agree with Kofuzi that they're designed for mild to moderate terrain. The sidewalls provide some stable balance but it's still a tall stack monster truck. The more significant (IMO) reason for utilizing the shoe in mild to moderate terrain is that the FFBlast+ midsole comes alive when you're in rhythm with a steady cadence. I was suprised how easily I could run a quicker tempo pace or fly on downhills.

Loved a lot about these shoes but the tall stack was just too unstable for me. I agree 100% with Asics trail shoes being seriously underrated. The Fuji lite 2 was one of my favorite shoes to date, I can't wait for the Fuji Lite 4 with foam and outsole updates! Please please please get us a review on that one! Your content is just plain next level production!

Love mine for zone 2 trail miles! Took a couple runs to break in enough for lockdown but after that my feet don't even feel like I ran. Long term I feel like the inside lining of upper may become an issue in the durability department but we shall see. Actually find them quite stable for a high stack. Very wide base. Far more stability and comfort than my Endorphin Edge that I use for racing.

Great review, Ko. This thing is a stone cold, comfortable, trail assassin. If you have stability needs, I'd be cautious, but I love this shoe.

I finished first over all in a Utah 50 mile trail race wearing this shoe. I had only worn them once and they felt great. I like how stiff the shoe initially was around the rocker, but I don’t expect that or the stack height to last as the shoe wears in. IMO they are great for long races 50-100+ miles, but are best worn on race day without breaking in at all!

Been taking mine trail running around Boulder and so far I love them.
