Normally This problem is solved by hiren's boot cd or ultimate boot cd.
If you can not affort one.
Then you must wait till next window apper around 1-2 hr.
This problem arise due to corrupt hard drive but you should wait for 1-2 hr. Then instrall window opens click next wait for another 1-2 hr. Then pertition window opens wait till loading arrow stops and pointer appers then delete all partition one by one(while deleting partiton you must wait till loading arrow converted into normal pointer arrow. After deleting all partiton your pc will run smoothly and now you have not to wait anymore just instrall windows software.
I was also in similar situation but I wait till next window appers. My pc is 10yr old one but my problem was solved just in 4 hr. Wait.

Just go shift+F10 go to Setup, go to process, set priority to Realtime
