Chevy any 2.5L engine with Secondary Air Injection System P0411. Incorrect air flow beacuse of clogged up head ports.
Clean out all the head ports, new port plugs and replace new SAI check valve. This should solve the problem.

For anyone wondering, the Dorman part number for these plugs is 555-012, Dorman makes a 19.11 MM expansion plug for this application but it doesn’t come up in any parts catalogs for these engines. Hope that helps someone!

Thank you for the great video, the dealer wanted to condemn my head because the ports were plugged and we're non-serviceable. Once I remove the plugs oh, I was easily able to shove a stainless steel wire him in and through all holes to clear the ports. I had three plug ports before I started

Did you have to drop/loosen the cat converter in order to remove the exhaust manifold? Couldn't seem to find an angle to remove with three bolts still there.

Any idea if I need port plugs? I have a 2014 impala 2.5l and I took off the exhaust manifold to find there are no port plugs. The ports are smaller than the ones in the video.

I have the exact same block number but the holes are different. 2014 impala 2.5. 2 of the holes measure 12mm and the middle port is just over 8mm.

Do you have a part number for the port plugs? I've talked to the dealership and orileys, neither of them had a part number for the plugs.

This happened to my Impala as well. Mechanic had my car for a few days didn't know that you can take the plugs off and I showed him this video he found the parts from the dealer replaced my plugs after cleaning everything out. My question is.. how do we prevent carbon build up like this from happening? is there any chemicals that we can put in our gas or cleaning solutions without having to take off the manifold to prevent this?

My 3.5 v6 impala has this code... Replaced pump and valve because pump was full of water. Code still there. Im assuming this may be the issue

What about the 2 ports in the rear under the intake manifold?

Where were you blowing the air through to clear the ports out?
