Beautiful! I want a laser printer so bad! When I foil, I realized it’s easier to take a piece of copy paper, fold it in half and put your paper and foil inside that, then send it through the laminator. It’s like a carrier sheet. It really helps keep the foil in place a lot better without the wrinkles. Just wanted to share that. Thanks for this video. Happy New Year 😀

Just use a carrier sheet by minc or copy paper and you’ll avoid wrinkles and black spots.

I am so excited to do this!! I am having problems with the foil coming off on the paper (where there is no design). It actually shows the cut of where I cut the foil. Can't figure out what the heck I'm doing any suggestions? Thanks so much!!

I am thinking you could use a heat press to do this too, I know you can on t-shirts, might burn paper though don't know.

So initially I was very confused and couldn't understand how the foil stuck to the parts of the design you wanted it to. Now thinking about it I'm assuming that somehow the laser ink and the heat (?) from the laminator interact somehow so that it only 'sticks' to where the ink has been. Is that right or have I got the wrong idea?
