Bro i have very low confidence now. It's been 3 months of gym and I've lost significant fat on back as well as other parts but my arms are looking skinny now. But i still have belly fat. but my legs look bit bulky(or muscular).
What should I do now. Is it not possible to lose belly fat and gain muscle at same time. I'm scared to bulk as I'm fat from last 5-6 year and don't want to be like that again.
I'm 5'10 weight 72.4 kg age 20.weight was around 78 kg when I started.

Your body is not skinny fat. Your fats are normal level you just lacked muscles in your body

Ok got it brother I started from 54 kg did bulking till 70kg then left gym now I have become skinny fat!! and to get rid of all this unnecessary fat around my waist, chest and thighs I was thinking of loosing weight atleast 7/8 kgs to get back that jawline😢 and some good abs but after seeing your reel I will start lean bulking right away and maintain a good weight of 70kgs I am 5.11 70kgs and 9/10% bodyfat will be a perfect choice for me right?
