'Come to Israel with an open mind': Labour MPs denied entry | LBC

Yuan Yang and Abtisam Mohamed were rejected because they were suspected of plans to "document the activities of security forces and spread anti-Israel hatred", according to a statement from the Israeli immigration ministry.

- Nicholas Westcott, Professor of Practice in Diplomacy at SOAS University of London, and a former British diplomat, says 'it is very rare for one country to exclude the parliamentarians of another'.
- Richard Pater, Director of Bicom, the Britain-Israel Communications and Research Centre, who suggests people should come to Israel 'with an open mind'.
Tory leader Kemi Badenoch said she was "not surprised" the pair had been denied entry, adding that it was important to "respect other countries enforcing their borders".
Foreign Secretary David Lammy rebuked the Tory leader for "cheerleading" Israel.
