This is too good I tried listening during work and my head kept bobbing and my eye lids felt as heavy as boulders, I thought it was just because I was tired, drank coffee did stretches, still felt sleepy. Eventually I switched to music and felt more awake Instantly. Will definitely be listening to these at night 😭
