What are the implications of Saudi-Iranian diplomatic deal?

Entrenched on different sides on a host of issues, and in proxy wars, notably in Yemen, Syria and Lebanon, few would have believed even days ago that a rapprochement between Saudi Arabia and Iran was imminent. The U.S. which would see itself as the dominant superpower in the Middle East was not involved in a talks process brokered by China. What are the implications in the Middle East and beyond?

With China brokering the 1st step in restoring diplomatic relation between the Saudis and Iranians, US immediately view it as a threat to their supremacy in everything. As an Iranian, I am very happy. For years, the patient people of Iran have been victims of the Regime's Policies and the Powers of the East and the West. For more than 40 years, the Cruel Western Sanctions have made the Iranian nation poorer and life more difficult for them. The unfair Western sanctions have targeted the daily life of the Iranian people only. Sanctions have not had any effect on the behavior of the Iranian Regime. For Western politics, this is not important at all. They benefit greatly from Iran's strained relations with its neighbors. They have created a monster called the Iranian Regime in the Middle East and this means they sell billions of dollars of arms to the countries of the Persian Gulf. Everyone knows that Iranian people are innocent, Iranian people have no enmity with Saudi Arabia and Israel. All this difficulty in the life of the Iranian people is only a product of Western Policy and the stupid behavior of the Iranian Regime. I wish that the conditions will improve for the people of my dear homeland. We and Saudi Arabia can be good neighbors for each other. I appreciate China.

If Nobel Peace Prize committee have any dignity remaining, then it should be awarded to these 3 countries, especially to China, for this monumental achievement of bridging these two countries, rather than giving to the puppets of the West. Let peace and stability prevails.
