You guys are amazing! I’m sure you know about shaking to release trauma? When I am feeling overwhelmed with fear or emotional I literally shake it out, its a great way to let go, just standing and shaking for a few minutes at a time helps get the energy moving so it doesn’t get stuck in the body.
