I just discovered Carcassonne about two years ago and it's easily in my top 5 of all time. Nice to see G&S doing some of the classics! The first two main expansions make it even better and a lot of the mini-expansions are great, too.

How to Play Carcassonne:
STEP 1: Have people with whom you can play Carcassonne, or any boardgame for that matter.
STEP 2: Play Carcassonne.

I watched this because I thought we might be scoring incorrectly, because I've passed 100 points on a few occasions and it just seems odd to go around the scoring track that many times. The book says you lay your meeple down to indicate that you are on your 2nd lap (add 50 to the indicated score). I think the track should go higher since 100+ scores are easily achieved. Great game though!

Solid game. When introducing to new gamers, consider leaving out the farmers. Their scoring tends to be the only Hangup for new players. After a game or two, you can easily introduce the farmers.
