For anyone wondering, it’s not easy. I’ve made probably 50+ calls and haven’t made a deal yet. Some ask for my website(I happened to have one) and my contact and they never get back with me. You really have to work at this to land clients and your efforts would probably be better spent on something else. I’m going to keep trying and if I have success I’ll edit this comment

Hey, im just curious if theres any optimizations that need to be made after the ad is setup and ready to go? Also, does higher ad spend increase ad rank? And what else increases ad rank with these types of ads? Because if there's 30 of these ads all running for real estate agents and no optimizations to be done after setup, how does google determine which ad fits best for the top spots?
