Will Kenny was such a lucky kid this Christmas!
Santa brought him the CAT Construction Express Train Set, and he thinks that it is pretty great.
The train set comes with tracks, an engine, a crane car, a hopper car, a caboose, and a car that carries a bull dozer and a dump truck.
Will Kenny loves making construction happen with his train so much that he plays with it every single day.
The toy maker says that this set is designed for children ages 5 and up, which is a little bit older than Will Kenny is. There are no small pieces or any other small parts that might cause him any trouble, but it is a little tough for him to get the train on the track.
Lucky for him, his Daddy loves to help him to get the train going, and this activity helps Will with his hand eye coordination, too.
Will Kenny thinks it is fun to hit the big red button that starts the train, and then he watches it go around and around.
He likes to find ways to build tunnels for the train to go through using blocks, chairs, and other things he finds around the house.
The bulldozer and the dump truck are lots of fun to play with, even when the train isn’t moving, but it’s very important to Will that both of these construction vehicles are back on board before the train starts up again.
The train comes with 14 feet of track, but that’s a lot of track to have set up all of the time, so Will and his daddy set it up in a circle that takes up a lot less space and can be ready to play with at any time.
The train runs on three C size batteries, which have kept his train running for many hours spread out over several months of play.
Will Kenny sure does love being a conductor with his construction train. He thinks you’ll probably like it a lot, too!
