Just got back to Uk from Thailand on the 25 th feb 2024 and I had spoke to an estate agent while I was out there, she told me the law has just changed, apparently you can buy houses with land, not 100% convinced 🤔but double check before buying 👌☺️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

So if you can only own land for 30 years in Thailand, does that mean after 15 years if you decide to sell it, the new owner will be buying only a 15 year lease?
