'1st Sunday After Christmas' - Video Worship Service at Douglas UCC

On the first Sunday after Christmas, the Christian Church celebrates "The Feast of the Holy Family," where we put our focus on Joseph, Mary, and Jesus.

In our "Video Worship Service," we will hear the Gospel story of the Presentation of Jesus in the Temple (Luke 2:22-40), and Pastor Sal Sapienza will give an inspiring Progressive Christian message about "Faith and Family." We'll also enjoy a "Holiday Slideshow" of our Douglas UCC Family.

This is also the final Sunday of 2020, so we'll also acknowledge our end-of-year tradition of the Burning Bowl ceremony; enjoy uplifting music from Peter Black and Jeff Spangler; plus, celebrate Holy Communion and share ""Joys & Concerns."
