Some Context for Sakura Killing Shinji and Zouken: When Shinji was killed he was in the process of r*ping Sakura and Zouken had spent 11 years violating Sakura with his worms (which constitutes his entire body).

So I don't exactly feel bad about those two being dead (also technically Zouken wasn't dead at the time of this clip, there was still one worm left before he jumped into the Grail pit). Sure, it wasn't exactly great that Sakura had to do the deed, but them being dead isn't exactly the worst state of affairs.
