1 mug Organic White Flour (Self- Raising)
1/2 mug organic Almond Milk
1 table spoon Organic Chia Seeds
1 table spoon Organic Coconut Palm Sugar
A pinch of Sea salt (Optional)
1 table spoon cinnamon (Tootsie's touch)
Organic Canola Oil to fry (Optional)
