15:17 The pins are placed strategically so no one wins, if you look close you can see that right before de ''cup'' were the ball has to go there is a pin. Also when you throw the ball in the middle there is a 50% chance it goes left and a 50% chance it goes right, this does affect the path of the ball, because if you throw it a little bit to one of the sides there is a really high chance that not only it isn't going in but also that the rest of the pins it will choose the same side it was thrown. This is called a Galton's board.
