Wow, I had no idea there was a group! It's nice to see so many UK Delphi developers in one place. I've only got twelve years Delphi experience so a long way to go before I catch up with you guys! Came in at Delphi 5 and then all the way through the Embarcadero take over. Dabbled with Turbo Pascal as it runs on Linux. I've used it for all sorts of projects including Services, web services, DLL's but the majority is Windows PC database applications pointing to SQL Servers.
Loved the comment of "25 year old code base still running today, how many Microsoft products can claim that?". Brilliant! True to the old pun, "Q: How do you get information from the Oracle?

I think i might have met a few of the people in the video in the London RIO meet up, I used to go to the UKBug meetings at the POSK, I have been a delphi developer since D2 now using 10.2.
