Why must you continually flick the cards. Genuinely curious.

I prefer to not show the faces of the cards at the beginning. Just "count" and show the cards are four aces of the same color. But, when you pick up the three of the four aces after your routine, use the last ace in your hand to help pick up the three on the table by sliding it under the bottom--that way the cards are back in the proper order except the colors are reversed. When you started the black aces were sandwiched on each side of the two red, so the reds were the ones produced during the routine. The first two cards placed on the table during the routine were the two black aces. So, if you make sure they are sandwiched by the two reds, you can wave your hand over the packet, repeat the routine to magically produce four black cards.
