I came to Jackson MI in from Summerville SC, in July 2010 as a Service guy at McDonlads flash forward 10 yrs later and I'm a GM at that same store! The pressure of what I had to through to get here makes this song so important to me: the struggle, the endless nights, the questions on wether I had what it takes to make it in the industry, but it all came to a head 3 mths ago when my supervisor walked up to me and said Ernies retiring in 3mths are you ready? I said I was born ready. Now I own my own store. Just last week I had my first inspection as GM and we got a 97 out of a possible 100 ( one of our screens is cracked cost us 3 pts), my supervisor wrapped his arm around me and said "when you walked in 10 yrs ago I knew you were gonna make it you had this fire in your eyes that made me want to hire you now look at you running the show, i expect great things from you, you are truly a legend in this business" and legends never die... If anything to who is reading this may you push toward your goals shatter it and become LEGENDARY!!!!
