to answer your question i work from 9 to3 i wake up at 7 30 and i go to bed at 10 30 been loving your vlogmas videos

been having the same issues with my phone!!! I had an 8+ and was having so many issues with it and upgraded to an 11 about a week ago and haven’t been getting some of my texts. It’s super frustrating I don’t know what to do :(

Answering your question- I start work at about 7:30-8am. I usually go to bed at like midnight, but I know that's not good for me at all lol

I'm a freelance worker in Spain and I wake up at 7:30. I go to bed around 23:30 but some times I am totally sleepy at 23:00 if the day was hard. Here, the time schedules are a little different but my partner and I try to follow an "European schedule" with most of work in the morning.

Lately I've been falling asleep at 2 am and struggling with insomnia😳 Working from home is bad for my health😑
