Wanda is really good mind controller but in IQ she did nothing compared to Thor. According to MCU official wikipedia that Thor's IQ level is around 190 . He hacked Darkalse's spaceship in less than 30 seconds also he controlled avengers quinjet guardians and Grandmaster spaceship in few seconds even Bruce banner could not understand the mechanism properly. He easily learn how to revived Tony from heart and revived Tony's Arc-reactor mechanism in just a second. He explained quantum mechanics to Brauce Banner and Valkyrie etc.
