Is there a way around using Without Prejudice email comms as evidence. Had a employer trick me into communicating via that trail / way and now a bit shafted on my evidence!

How long the Tribunal have to give you decision? I had mine last week for 6 days, the Judge said will be sending the decision by email, but I'm still waiting for the result 😮🤨🫨
