Vectors & Scalars is a very important concept in mathematics, physics and engineering. So it is better to take good concepts of vectors and scalars in school mathematics. In this vector & Scalar video lesson we are learning the basic introduction to the vectors and scalars, what is vector quantity and what is scalar quantity.
Vectors = Vectors are those quantities which have magnitude as well as direction and follow the vectors algebra rules. For e.g- displacement, velocity, force, momentum etc are vector quantities.
Scalars= Scalars are those quantities which have magnitudes but no direction. For e,g. Mass has only value not the direction. Similarly, time, temperature, current these all are scalar quantities.
