Me: I’m already too good *gottem*
Also me: *dies on the third note*

Rule 4 practice the f*ck out of the game, like every day for 1-2 hours, that way you find your own rules and what is best for you.
CDELLO
it also helps to do the one saber on practice mode if you're just beginning. this way it allows you to focus on one arm and then you can switch to your other arm. when you feel confident enough, play an expert song.
jello-fish
whats the fun in playing without effects i think its more important to have fun
pighaver
My wrists? Well.... here comes Carpal tunnel.
Killa
I’m already pretty damn good for a beginner so here I am thinking “Hm I bet I could beat a expert level” And then I get humbled real FUCKIN QUICK and I die within ten seconds
justyouraveragerobloxconte
Nice advices, it really helps beginners to be better at the game
Matt_Dreemurr
Dude thank you, I just started and these have helped a lot thanks!
ttthebz
Debris and lights is personal preference, i like to keep.
puro
Never use only wrists, i was using only wrists and trying to fullswing speed maps(350 bpm) with only wrists and now i'm chilling without bs because my right wrist got carpal tunnel syndrome
MeatyMan_BS
the only way to get better is to practise, the only tip here that'll actually help you get better is the wrist thing.
Errorz_
yes but also be aware that using your wrists could damage them as well, my wrists are not the same as they used to be because of beat saber I can’t do a push-up without feeling tons of pain because of my right hand wrist just be aware
pterrydactle
My wrist hurt when using them too much, so I almost dont use them.
michunel
You really have to practice. I’ve been playing for nearly two years now and I’ve still got a long way to go. While I can beat most ranked levels at 9 or 10 stars there’s still tons that I die within the first minute on.
Ginger
Debris and effects don't make you better, it's more depends on the player wether it distracts you or not... Me personally I can play with debris and effects on with the exact same accuracy. And no I don't just play easy maps I'm usually practicing on 10 + star maps for beatleader

Tip: *Debris is better for multiplayer if you are trying to get more points since it basically shows if you cut it in the middle.*
KingVRhehe
I use my wrists a lot and yet my arms still get tired
Ace_Rose
I literally do the opposite of this and I'm on almost every leaderboard
seiteki
That doesn't bother some people, personally I find no difference between debris with lights, and no debris with no lights. It's just how you take in you surroundings
auris_aurantiaco
Why do you have bloom on quest on, I play without it and it is better, all that glows is the debris, saber, saber hilt bottom, the rest looks the exact same
